A family-owned business, GM Property Solutions was brought to life in 2015 by Garrett Moss. This business has been created with the idea that it would operate based off of core values such as loyalty, commitment, passion, efficiency, reliability, and honesty. It’s because of this that the company has grown rapidly in such a short period of time.

We use only the best quality products and application techniques to ensure our customers satisfaction as well as long lasting results. Our experienced commercial painters understand that time is very valuable and guarantee that the work will be completed on time, every time, and around your operating schedule. We are fully licensed and insured in the states of Arizona and Utah (AZ ROC 303781, UT 11157365-5501) giving you peace of mind that we maintain liability for our work.

GARRETT MOSS, Owner

As a graduate from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors degree in Finance and Economics, Garrett Moss has a passion for business. Being the first generation of his family to attend and graduate from college, he learned that knowledge is powerful, but nothing can replace hard work.

Both his father and mother taught him that no matter what you do in life, success is achieved by showing up every day and putting in the quality of work required to complete the job. As the owner of GM Property Solutions, he still applies that same principle. He shows up on the job sites making sure that his crew is being held to the highest standard and that success is achieved when his clients are 100% satisfied.

His background in construction started at a young age helping his father and grandfather install flooring. Over the years he had opportunities to expand his skills in learning trades such as HVAC and landscaping, but ultimately found his passion in painting.
